LabDays Copenhagen 2024 will be held, as something new, in the K.B. Hall at Frederiksberg (part of Copenhagen). The K. B. The hall burned down in 2011 and in 2019 the new hall was ready to host new events.

Visitor registration/How to get your admission ticket

All visitors must be registered when they visit LabDays Copenhagen 2024. And visiting the fair is free of charge.

You can either pre-register on this website or do it when you visit the fair (see menu button above). When you pre-register, you have to print out your admission ticket immediately (you receive a mail with the ticket). It is important that you bring your admission ticket when you come to the K.B. Hall. We thus scan your ticket when you enter the fair.

Alternatively, you can also register at the entrance to the fair, where there are PCs and assistants to help you with the registration and get your entry ticket.

S train

The station K.B. The hall (Line F) is 100 meters away from K.B. The hall. The station Peter Bangs Vej (Line C) is a 700 meter walk from K.B. The hall.

Subway

The nearest station is Flintholm, from where Line F runs to K.B. The hall in a few minutes.

Bus

Line 9A stops at Sønderjyllands Allé, 200 meters from K.B. The hall.

Parking/getting there by car

There is a limited number of parking lots in the area in front of the K.B. Hall. These can be used when paying with the following Parking Apps: EasyPark and APCOA Flow. Here you can also use the parking machines that have been set up in the area in front of K.B. the hall. The price in the parking machines is DKK 20 per hour, and payment can be made with standard credit cards as well as via MobilPay.

On the street directly opposite the K.H. Hall (on the other side of Peter Bangs Vej) is a lot of parking options. Drive down Adolph Ditlev Jørgensens Vej and find the nearest parking lot. You can pay using the following parking Apps: EasyPark, ParkMan, ParkOne, OK and APCOA Flow. And when you have paid, walk the 50 – 200 meters to the main entrance at the K.B. Hall.

Cloakroom

We have established a cloakroom in the basement below the foyer right before you reach the exhibition hall. The cloakroom is staffed and it is free of charge to use it.
