When you come to the venue, you have to enter from Halmtorvet. You walk directly across the large square in front of the venue; and here you come to the main entrance where we are ready to welcome you to LabDays Copenhagen.

All visitors have to register, when visiting the fair. And it is free of charges to register.

You can either pre-register on this website from the start of May, or you can do it onsite (in the entrance to the fair) when you come to the fair.  You must bring your admission card, so that we can scan your card when you enter the fair.

It should be emphasized that we recommend everyone to pre-register to avoid queues and unnecessary waiting when entering the fair.

By car - Parking

The Øksne hall is af part of DGI-Byen, and DGI-Byen has their own parking house. You can find this parking house if you take Ingerslevsgade (look at the map below). There is 192 parkings lots and the parking prices is like in all the street in this area of Copenhagen. Prices per hour - from 06.00 - 22.00 o'clock is DDK 32. And from 22.00 - 06.00 o'clock the prices is DDK 10. A good alternative is to park in Kødbyen, which only is around 100 m. from Øksnehallen. The first hour (in Kødbyen) is free of charges - there is parking meters where you can buy a parking ticket and put it in your front windshield. And other good alternative is to park along some of the streets in the area around DGI-Byen (Ingerslevsgade, tietgentsgade or Kvægtorvesgade). For parking in Kødbyen or/and in some of the streets in the area, you can also use EasyPark (App on the mobile phone).

By Train or Metro

All trains with stop at Copenhagen Central Station, can be used. The Central Station is around 3 minutes walk from the Øksne hall. This year (2019) the new metro line open in Copenhagen. And as a part of the new city ring system they has build a new metro station right next to Copenhagen main station; and this metro station i located even closer to the Øksne hall. In other word it is very easy to take Copenhagen's metro when you visit the Øksne hall.

By Bus

The following bus lines can be used - Line 2A, 5A, 6A, 15, 26,30,40, 56 - stopping place is the Central Station, which is 3 minutes walk from the Øksne hall. And finally you can also use Line 1A - which stop at Tietgenbroen (see the map below).


We have established a wardrobe at the entrance to LabDays Copenhagen. You can store clothes, bags and other stuff in staffed cloakroom, and it is free of charge.

Offer from Scandic hotel Kødbyen

Scandic Hotels has opened a new super nice hotel in Kødbyen approx. 200 meters from the entrance to Øksnehallen. We have made an agreement with the new hotel, so we can offer all visitors to book into the new hotel for a good price. Soon, the menu button below will be activated, after which you can book your room at the new hotel.
